30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Free Returns

Jomsoo offers free returns on eligible items. We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns. If your return request is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We do not charge restocking or handling fees. Once the return is approved and received, you will be refunded the product purchase price.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and full refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. All original components, accessories, and tags must be included.

Items that show signs of use, damage, tampering, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email at contact@Jomsoo.com and include your order number. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours. If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email. Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to the provided address. That address is used strictly for return processing and should only be used after receiving return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
