Exchanges: We accept exchanges for items of the same value if they meet the new-condition requirements.

Vape Policy: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase vape products. All vape sales are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Return

All returns are handled by mail for your convenience.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a downloadable and printable return shipping label by email.

Step 3: Pack your items securely and mail them using the return shipping label provided. The return address will be shown on the return shipping label.

3. Return Fees & Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

Return Shipping: We provide the return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can prioritize a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
