1. Shipping Cost

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 USD

Applicability: This shipping rate applies to orders within the United States.

Vape Policy: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase vape products. All vape sales are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our total estimated delivery time is 6 – 9 business days. This is calculated as follows:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM PST

Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days

Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days via UPS Ground

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Destinations & Methods

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or another available carrier depending on the delivery location and order details.

P.O. Boxes: Please make sure your shipping address is eligible for carrier delivery. UPS Ground may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jomsoo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
